Time-based meters are a great way to replenish most chemicals without the need for probes. Our meters monitor a pair of wires for contact closure and begin to total seconds. Use the seconds total to create setpoints for exact feed based on tank immersion times, line operation times, or virtually any contact closure.
Our meters also offer one-shot mode. Use this mode to add one dose every time a contact closes. This mode is great for adding to soap cleaners or compensating for drag-out. One-shot mode is also extremely useful for people who want to manually run their process with one push of a button. The dry contact wire can be run to any switch, not just a closed contact. Virtually any contact closure can be used to trigger a one-shot add.
